Brooklyn-based band Miniature Tigers recently played White Oak Music Hall in Houston on January 24th, 2020. The opening band, Katzu Oso, got the crowd warmed up and excited by playing feel-good music that everyone seemed to love.
Once Miniature Tigers took the stage, the energy in the room was electric! Everyone was dancing and singing along to every word, and the singer, Charlie Brand, even got in the crowd and joined everyone in the excitement. Once he returned to the stage, the show only got better. They played some of their most popular songs such as Like or Like Like, Hot Venom, Cannibal Queen, and Tell It to the Volcano. As each song played, I felt myself feeling more and more at home, and a feeling a pure joy erupted. I had been waiting to see this band for quite a while, and I am so glad I went.
You can catch them on tour all over the U.S. until February 15th, 2020. I encourage everyone to watch them play and listen to their most recent album, Vampires in the Daylight, which you can stream on Apple Music, Spotify, and Soundcloud.
